DELCOMM® STREAM & DELCOMM® EPURATION
We supply innovative technologies and equipment for production of energy-efficient high-quality fuels.
The development of energy-efficient, high-quality fuels is a key focus of the contemporary oil refining industry, prompting fuel producers to create and enhance branded fuel. This segment already accounts for 30-40% of total production.
Global manufacturers are actively creating fuel brands and achieving a significant increase in added value with minimal production costs through the use of unique and innovative solutions. Consumers benefit from fuel with improved characteristics, extended engine lifespan, and cost efficiency. As per the European Commission for Quality Control of Petroleum Products report from Brussels, manufacturers achieve an 8-15% increase in added value with just a 1.5-2% rise in production costs for branded fuel.
Our company, together with Innospec, developed, patented and implemented two innovative industrial technologies:
DELCOMM® STREAM — for molecular fuel destruction
DELCOMM® EPURATION — chemical purification of petroleum products
We offer a set of high-precision, high-performance equipment that allows the production of premium-class winter/summer diesel fuel from lower quality base fuel.
Promising application areas:
The production of energy-efficient fuels at mini-refineries, oil depots, and other local sites utilizing DELCOMM® STREAM technologies involves the molecular breakdown of base fuels, additives, and chemical reagents. This process enables the conversion of base raw materials into a significantly enhanced product while minimizing costs.
The application of DELCOMM® EPURATION technology for the clarification and efficient chemical purification of petroleum products involves primarily eliminating high-molecular resinous-asphaltene substances, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, other unsaturated hydrocarbons, moisture, mechanical, and other impurities.
These fuels offer competitive advantages in operational, economic, and environmental aspects compared to mass-produced fuels from large oil refineries. This makes them appealing for tenders in public sectors and areas with budget financing such as transport, communications, energy, construction, mining, and metallurgy.
Our enterprise has experience in the production of 3 types of composite fuels based on middle distillates:
for ship bunkering;
for thermal power plants (TPP), in lieu of diesel fuel, with full adherence to technical specifications for the reliability of TPP operation and environmental impact;
for automotive and tractor equipment with low-speed engines, not operated in conditions with sudden speed changes or in environmentally sensitive areas.
Composite fuels of this kind are custom-made, with technical specifications tailored to meet regulatory requirements.
